Good quality ingredients mean everything. At the Oxford Catering Company our philosophy demands that we use only the best locally-sourced produce.
For barbecues this means that we wouldn’t dream of providing you with cheap frozen burgers or sausages.
All our meat is properly prepared by skilled butchers and organic where possible. Our seasonal salads and vegetables are freshly prepared from top quality produce. Vegetarians are not overlooked with our barbecue menu as we try to provide a selection of exciting and tasty dishes.
