Terms and Conditions

The Terms are the basis of all contracts between The Oxford Catering Company and the Client for the services supplied.

Payments

  1. Non returnable deposit of 10% of the total required to secure the booking.
  2. The remaining balance will be due in full on or prior to the event.
  3. If the event is cancelled 5-days or less before the event any expenses incurred will be outstanding and liable by the customer.

The Oxford Catering Company reserves the right to vary the menu if necessary due to seasonal or other circumstances beyond our control. Substitutes will be of equal value and similar to the original item.

The final number of guests must be advised in writing within 5 days of the event.

Any damage to equipment by the customer or guest will be charged at the full replacement cost.

The Oxford Catering Company does not accept any liability for non-completion of the event or for delays resulting from adverse weather conditions, traffic accident or road closure, civil riots or strikes affecting the trade, fire flood or other natural disaster, or for any other event which is beyond the Oxford Catering Company’s Control.
